I don't know how it is lately with the new print services and stuff, but I had to create everything at least 4000x6000 (2:3) @ 300ppi to get the largest print size (20x30"). You can't really do custom dimensions unfortunately, so you'd have to make a border or something that fills up the remaining space so you meet the minimum size.
Thanks for the tip bro. Sometimes I do wonder if I'd increase the DPI/PPI from 72 to 600 then downsize the image to a smaller size is enough already to pass DevArt's print quality.
Well, *indiochink already pointed you to the FAQ, so all I can add is to be careful with what file type you submit. I've had problems lately with bmp, but that may just be me Also, I highly reccomend uploading with the ftp system before going in to submit the print. It's alot easier than waiting for it to upload there. Hope any of that is useful

Every once in a while humans tend to forget to read the FAQ/Manual... hehe.
-Now looks for the FTP system-
18x24 at 300 dpi
30x40 at 180 dpi
it leads for great quality
